Domtar launched the EarthChoice® Ambassador program in 2010 with the intent of providing an employee engagement program through sustainability.  A formal commitment was made in 2012 to expand the Ambassador program to all our sites globally by 2020. Today, we are happy to report we achieved this goal.
By identifying and sharing innovative methods, educating and encouraging sustainable habits and leading by example, our EarthChoice® Ambassadors strive to emulate Domtar’s sustainability message throughout our organization.

Domtar Gives Back With The Student Conservation Association

Domtar partners with the Student Conservation Association (SCA) to help build the next generation of conservation leaders and inspire lifelong stewardship of the environment and communities by engaging young people in hands-on service to the land.

Since 2012, hundreds of Domtar employees and their families have dedicated a Saturday morning to conservation and restoration activities in dozens of Domtar communities. And, we are proud to continue to work toward a common mission of environmental stewardship.
